Why I use Bing, instead of Google...
On the memorial of the Normandy Invasion; Bing had a beautiful picture of Normandy Beach. There were clickable regions over the picture indicating information about what happened that day June 6, 1944. Google had the name Google spelled out using Tetris type characters. To me this is a disservice to the soldiers who died that day.
On this day September 11, 2009, Google's home page lists nothing of 9/11. Bing on the other hand has a beautiful picture showing the memorial at the site of where The World Trade Center once stood.

I made the switch back in June after seeing what Bing did for D-Day.

Okay, this pisses me off about Google. What a bunch of anti-American Marxist bigots! Excuse me if this is sounding heady, but I'm gonna call it as it is. I work inthe IT industry and Google is the closest thing to the "open source/ commie-pinko 'peace-luv-and-undastandin'" movement while still being a proprietary software capitalist company. Google has succeeded in being more evil than Microsoft in its anti-competition/anti-privacy practices while passing itself off as the "Gandi" of the software world. They are brilliant, but so is the Devil.
This reminds me of the current, non-legally-elected despot we have sitting in the White House right now. He makes sure that all symbols of Christianity are blotted out by black tarps when making a broadcast speech from a church facility for a church function, yet deliberately goes on record as celebrating Islam's Ramadan.
Don't get me wrong--there is nothing wrong with a President embracing all the people of the United States and acknowledging all faiths. But this "President" discriminates against Christians and clearly bends over for Muslims.
This may be almost enough for me to switch to bing, too.
