I can't believe that the Republicans in the House didn't cave!

This is the first time in a long time that I've been proud of the House Republicans! I thought for sure that there was going to be someone who would hold a press conference stating how this bill was needed.

I'm more impressed at the American people for actually catching on to the fact that there is no "crisis" that socialism can fix. Because let's face it, that's what this bill is trying to achieve. Let's go through some of the mess that is in this bill, shall we...

Now if you check into it you will find some very interesting facts. For example, The department of Homeland Security gets $2,000,000 while the Department of Housing and Urban Development gets $15,000,000! Let me just list a few here for you...

Department of Veterans Affairs office: $1,000,000
Environmental Protection Agency: $20,000,000
General Services Administration—General Activities—Office $15,000,000
Government Accountability Office—Salaries and Expenses $25,000,000, for oversight activities relating to this Act.

Funding for NASA, get this!

-NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE
ADMINISTRATION
SCIENCE
For an additional amount for ‘‘Science’’, $400,000,000, of which not less than $250,000,000 shall be solely for accelerating the development of the tier 1 set of Earth science climate research missions recommended by the National Academies Decadal Survey.
-AERONAUTICS
For an additional amount for ‘‘Aeronautics’’,
$150,000,000.

Well there you have it folks. NASA Gets 400 Million Dollars; of which more than half goes to climate research! Is it just me, or did NASA get busted recently for falsifying climate data. We don't need to spend $250,000,000 to "make up" climate data. What happened to space research anyway?

Even more interesting is the NASA Earth Science Mission Directorate.

I like the first sentence, "Earth is a complex, dynamic system we do not yet fully understand." Now lets make economic decisions based on something we "do not fully understand." Good Job!

I believe that for the United States of America to survive, we will have to get back to our roots.
