The sheer fact that the people (election officials) can&#039;t validate the software -- means that it is NOT validated. Unless they are allowed to see the source code, and determine that there is no issue with it, how can they verify it?&lt;br /&gt;

Similarly, the elections officials don&#039;t even have the admin passwords for the election machines. THAT&#039;S unacceptable...</description>
