I think it's one thing to address the nation, and have the choice of whether or not to watch and/or listen be left up to the adults. To specifically address schoolchildren only, with no public "preview" for parents and without children being given a choice as to the matter--there is something inherently wrong with that. No one has the right to "teach", "indoctrinate", or "influence" my child (take your pick of verbs, lol) without my consent. As a parent, I have the right to choose what and how much leftist propaganda that my child is exposed to. Thank heaven he is still a toddler and we don't have to deal with this situation personally.
